The ‘Juegdschlass’ was built by the Luxembourg steel tycoons (ARBED) in 1873 to serve as a hunting pavilion.<\/p>\n
The building has been extended several times since the 19th century. The annexes to the ‘Juegdschlass’ were gradually added to its present form.
In 1935, a private operator bought the hunting lodge and opened it to the public under the name \u201cCaf\u00e9 Juegdschlass\u201d. <\/p>\n
The hunting lodge was originally built as a refuge, and it has remained true to this purpose ever since. For generations, people in Luxembourg have enjoyed the traditional cuisine and the unique atmosphere of the ‘Juegdschlass’. <\/p>\n
Since 1986, the current operator has been running the well-known restaurant in the Bamb\u00ebsch.<\/p>\n

The building was gradually transformed into its current form. The main section has been completely preserved, while the hunting lodge has been fitted with a veranda and an extension to the front room. <\/p>\n
Tall trees grew up alongside the terrace over the years, but they had to be removed a few years ago. Today, visitors can once again enjoy the unique view of the Alzette Valley.<\/p>\n
